目的了解张家港市道路交通伤害门(急)就诊病例的分布特征。方法对2009-2011年首次因伤害在该市伤害监测哨点医院门(急)诊就诊的道路交通伤害病例进行描述性统计分析。结果 3年间,张家港市道路交通伤害是门(急)诊就诊的伤害发生病例的首要原因。其中男性(53.39%、52.49%、53.04%)多于女性(46.61%、47.51%、46.96%);病例构成居前三位的年龄组均为31岁~(30.15%、28.48%、28.99%)、16岁~(27.91%、27.68%、25.89%)、46岁~(21.77%、22.59%、22.48%);学历分布居首位的均为初中;前两位职业均为生产运输设备操作人员及相关人员和家务;多数为机动车车祸(63.24%、63.08%、61.40%);发生意图均以非故意为主(99.70%、99.86%、99.77%);均以第三季度发生的道路交通伤害病例最多,第一季度最少;伤害部位主要是下肢(30.79%、30.17%、29.27%)和头部(25.57%、27.41%、26.07%);伤害性质主要为挫伤、擦伤(60.04%、62.51%、16.73%)、骨折(22.64%、23.54%、23.87%)和脑震荡、脑挫裂伤(6.70%、6.30%、6.37%);伤害严重程度均以轻度为主(66.88%、65.41%、65.29%);伤害结局均以治疗后回家为主(65.09%、63.14%、62.79%)。结论张家港地区2009~2011年3年间道路交通伤害发生情况变化不大,总体呈现出青年男性、机动车车祸、下肢及头部轻度擦挫伤和骨折为主的特点,应针对性地加强预防和控制。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of road traffic injury door (emergency) treatment cases in Zhangjiagang City. Methods A descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the first case of road traffic injuries in the outskirts of the city from 2009 to 2011 due to injury in the outbreak monitoring post sentinel hospital. Results During the three years, road traffic injuries in Zhangjiagang City were the leading cause of injuries in door (urgent) consultations. Among them, the top three cases were 31 years old (30.15%, 28.48%, 28.99%) in male patients (46.61%, 47.51%, 46.96% , 16 years old ~ (27.91%, 27.68%, 25.89%), 46 years old ~ (21.77%, 22.59%, 22.48%); all the top academic qualifications were junior middle school; the first two occupations were all operators of production and transportation equipment (63.24%, 63.08%, 61.40%); most of the attempts were unintentional (99.70%, 99.86%, 99.77%); road traffic occurred in the third quarter The injuries were the most in the first quarter, while the injuries were mainly lower limbs (30.79%, 30.17%, 29.27%) and head (25.57%, 27.41%, 26.07%). The main injuries were bruises and abrasions (60.04% 62.51%, and 16.73% respectively), concussion (22.64%, 23.54%, 23.87%) and cerebral contusion (6.70%, 6.30%, 6.37% 65.41% and 65.29%, respectively). The injury outcomes were mainly returned after treatment (65.09%, 63.14%, 62.79%). Conclusions The road traffic injuries in Zhangjiagang Prefecture during the three years from 2009 to 2011 have not changed much, showing the characteristics of young men, motor vehicle accidents, mild contusions and fractures of the lower extremities and head. The prevention and treatment should be strengthened accordingly control.
