目的 探讨甲状腺功能降低时大鼠胸腺上皮细胞的变化。方法 将断乳后 1个月的 30只Wistar大鼠随机分为2组 :正常组饲以正常饲料 ,饮用自来水 ;低碘组饲以低碘饲料 ,饮用去离子水。测定各组大鼠的尿碘、血清甲状腺激素、胸腺指数及胸腺CK18阳性上皮细胞体密度和数密度的变化。结果 低碘组大鼠的尿碘、血清甲状腺激素及胸腺指数显著降低 ;实验 6个月后 ,CK18阳性上皮细胞的体密度和数密度显著升高。结论 低碘可促进大鼠胸腺CK18阳性上皮细胞增生。
Objective To investigate the changes of thymic epithelial cells in rats with hypothyroidism. Methods Thirty Wistar rats one month after weaning were randomly divided into two groups: normal group fed normal diet and drinking tap water; low iodine group fed low iodine diet and drinking deionized water. The urinary iodine, serum thyroid hormone, thymus index and thymus CK18 positive epithelial cells were measured for changes of body density and number density. Results The levels of urinary iodine, serum thyroid hormones and thymus index in low iodine group rats decreased significantly. After 6 months, the density and number density of CK18 positive epithelial cells increased significantly. Conclusion Low iodine can promote the proliferation of thymus CK18 positive epithelial cells in rats.
