血管球瘤是多发生在四肢末端或体表其它部位的良性肿瘤。本病临床并非罕见,但常因误诊使病人长期得不到正确治疗。我们1980～1989年共手术切除血管球瘤15例,全部经病理证实。现报告如下。一般资料:本组男8例,女7例,年龄12～49岁。肿瘤分布:本组肿瘤全部为单发,10例位于手指甲床下,2例在手指掌侧,2例分布在脚趾甲床下,1例位于肘部皮下。临床表现:患者均有发作性疼痛,6例遇冷疼痛加重,12例触硬物时有剧疼。检查可见甲床下有直径1～4mm的蓝色或紫红色结节,有限局性敏 Glomerular tumors are benign tumors that occur at the extremities or other parts of the body surface. The clinical condition of this disease is not uncommon, but often misdiagnosis results in the patient not being treated for the long term. We surgically resected 15 cases of glomus tumors from 1980 to 1989, all confirmed by pathology. The report is as follows. General Information: This group of 8 males and 7 females, aged 12 to 49 years old. Tumor distribution: All the tumors in this group were single, 10 were located under the nails of the fingernail, 2 were in the palm of the finger, 2 were in the nail bed, and 1 was in the elbows. Clinical manifestations: Patients had paroxysmal pain, 6 cases experienced cold pain, and 12 cases had severe pain when touching hard objects. Examination shows that there are blue or purple nodules with a diameter of 1 to 4 mm under the nail bed.
