白细胞间素_(-2)(IL-2)是免疫系统的重要介质之一,它直接参与免疫并有调节免疫的作用。IL_(-2)能激活、扩增CTL细胞,并具有诱导LAK细胞及TIL细胞增强对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。IL_(-2)的抗肿瘤作用已有许多动物实验和临床应用结果证实,但国内尚少见报道。在国内尚无重组IL_(-2)用于临床之前,我们试用纯化人天然IL_(-2)治疗恶性肿瘤患者取得了一定的效果。选用健康人外伤脾或胸导管引流液淋巴细胞,在无菌条件下制备细胞液,并调整为5×10~6/ml,
Interleukin _(-2) (IL-2) is one of the important mediators of the immune system. It is directly involved in immunity and regulates immune function. IL_(-2) can activate and expand CTL cells, and it can induce LAK cells and TIL cells to enhance the killing effect on tumor cells. The anti-tumor effect of IL_(-2) has been confirmed by many animal experiments and clinical applications, but it is rarely reported in China. Before the domestic recombinant IL_(-2) has been used in clinical practice, we have tried to purify human natural IL_(-2) to treat patients with malignant tumors and achieved certain results. The spleen or thoracic duct draining fluid lymphocytes were selected from healthy persons, and the cell fluid was prepared under aseptic conditions and adjusted to 5×10 6 /ml.
