随着汽车行业对新一代发动机的开发和应用,对铸件质量的要求愈来愈高。气缸盖铸件对提高发动机的性能有着举足轻重的作用,其进、排气道的几何形状直接影响发动机的性能参数。本文描述的是:如何应用逆向设计—制造工艺,运用配置计算机的座标测量仪对进、排气道轮廓进行扫描,生成数据文件,运用计算机辅助设计CAD和计算机辅助制造CAM对这些数据进行处理、改进,得到理想的进排气道实体轮廓。
With the automotive industry on the development and application of a new generation of engines, casting quality requirements are getting higher and higher.
