关于毕业生指导工作,据我县最近的情况看来,教师对估計困难似乎过多了一些,而对这項工作的重要性和有利条件認識不足。在教师思想上已显露出来有“三怕”。一怕本班学生被录取初中的数字如果少,可能要被說为質量差,这与学校特别是与毕业班班主任的名誉有关,对家長也不好交代,会降低教师的威信,影响校誉。二怕毕业生沒出路。农村学校的老师認为“农业社的组織都健全了,再不需要高小毕业生如同往年一样去充当社干或会計了。”城市的学校的教师更害怕,他們說,学生一般年齡都小,城鎮公私合营的从业人員已派足,而家中又缺乏生产条件,怎好安排。三怕做思想工作,認为毕业生的指导工作面广量大,思想問題复杂,难搞通学生的思想。
