学期伊始,丰城县荷塘小学就(?)加强本届高小毕业生的政治思想工作做出了详尽的计划。一学期来的事实表明,该校在党的领导下,依靠全体教师,发动家长和社会力量,全面(?)致地结合学校工作,联系教学实际和学生实际,对加强毕业生的指导工作,做出了一定的成绩。(一)全面的摸清学生与家长的思想底细,以便有的放矢的进行教育。摸底的方法:①和学生接触,从交朋友入手,经常(?)谈,改变以往坐在办公室调学生来谈话的生硬做法;留心学生的作业,分析其对学习的基础和态度,观察其言行。②从关心孩子的角度出发,有目的有计划的进行家庭访问。了解孩子在家的情况。以及家长对孩子的希望和要求。③随时深入到学生的左邻右舍和生产大队去听取其对学生的反映。通过这几种正面与侧面相结合的了解,发现其主要的普遍的问题是什幺,次要的一般的问题是什么。经过分析研究,当时学生的思想大致有这样几种类
