应用薄层紫外比色法测定黑、白脂麻中有效成分脂麻素及细辛素的含量 ,结果白脂麻中脂麻素含量为 4 .78‰ ,细辛素含量为 0 .853‰ ;黑脂麻中脂麻素含量为 6.0 8‰ ,细辛素含量 1.96‰。
Thin-layer UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of the effective components of black and white lipids and ascorbic acid and astaxanthin. The results showed that the content of liposome in white fat and ephedrine was 4.78‰, and the content of astaxanthin was 0.585‰. The content of gambonin in black fat was 6.0 8‰ and the content of astaxanthin was 1.96‰.
