焦虑是儿童期最为普遍的精神障碍之一。近年来,焦虑的发展研究不仅探讨了不同年龄段普遍的发展模式、发展的个体间差异,而且揭示了环境、遗传和生物学因素对焦虑发展的影响。在实践领域,学者们以团体认知行为疗法为指导研发出适合治疗多种焦虑症状的干预项目并取得了较好的效果。未来研究仍需在焦虑的个体间差异、生理与环境的共同作用以及早期预防等方面做进一步探索。
Anxiety is one of the most common mental disorders in childhood. In recent years, the study of anxiety development not only explores the common development patterns and development differences among different age groups, but also reveals the impact of environmental, genetic and biological factors on the development of anxiety. In the field of practice, scholars have developed intervention programs that are suitable for treating various anxiety symptoms and achieved good results, guided by group cognitive behavioral therapy. Future research still needs to be further explored in terms of individual differences in anxiety, physiological and environmental synergies, and early prevention.
