听课是青年教师学习借鉴他人课堂教学优点,提高教学水平的重要途径,是青年教师快速成长的重要方法。笔者结合平时听课的经验,对青年教师听课中存在的问题进行了初步总结,并对如何提升听课效果进行了一些探索。
Listening to lectures is an important way for young teachers to learn from the advantages of other people’s classroom teaching and to improve the teaching level. It is an important method for young teachers to grow rapidly. Based on the experience of ordinary lectures, the author summarizes the problems existing in young teachers’ lectures and makes some exploration on how to improve lectures.
