利用加热固化蛋白质原理制备出阿霉素磁性蛋白微球,比色法分析其细胞毒作用。结果显示阿霉素磁性蛋白微球具有磁性药物微球的形态学特征, 体外抑制肿瘤细胞生长的能力与阿霉素相似 (P> 0.05), 提示阿霉素磁性蛋白微球是抗癌药物阿霉素的一种新剂型,该药物剂型的改变未影响其体外药理作用,与磁场联用发挥靶向高效低毒的抗癌作用
Adriamycin magnetic protein microspheres were prepared by the principle of heat curing protein, and the cytotoxicity was analyzed by colorimetric method.
