以声波导传播理论为基础,讨论了不同类型的刀具磨破损声发射信号在液体声发射传感器中的传播特性,并对液体喷射速度和角度等因素对其传播特性的影响进行了理论分析,为进一步研究和有效利用此类液体声发射传感器奠定理论基础。
Based on the theory of acoustic waveguide propagation, the propagation characteristics of different types of acoustic emission signals of cutter abrasion damage in liquid acoustic emission sensors are discussed. The influence of liquid jet velocity and angle on the propagation characteristics is discussed. Further research and effective use of such liquid acoustic emission sensor laid the theoretical foundation.
