目的探讨血清亲环素A(CyPA)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在非心瓣膜病持续性心房颤动患者中的表达及意义。方法随机选取2012年5月至2015年5月泌阳县人民医院心内科收治的非心瓣膜病持续性房颤患者40例,将这些患者作为研究组,另选取泌阳县人民医院同期收治的40例窦性心律非心瓣膜病患者作为对照组,运用ELISA对血清CyPA进行检测,运用乳胶免疫比浊法对hs-CRP进行检测,运用Vivid E-9彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对左心房前后径(LAD)进行测量,然后对两组患者的CyPA、hs-CRP、LAD及其相关性进行统计分析。结果研究组CyPA、hs-CRP水平为(6.9±1.96)ng/m、(14.2±2.97)mg/L,均显著高于对照组[(2.1±0.90)ng/m、(7.5±0.96)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LAD[(37.8±4.17)mm]显著长于对照组[(33.5±2.76)mm](P<0.05);研究组CyPA水平与hs-CRP水平、LAD均呈正相关(P<0.05),而hs-CRP水平和LAD也呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清CyPA、hs-CRP在非心瓣膜病持续性心房颤动患者中具有较高的表达水平,房颤的维持和发展的分子机制中二者的协同作用可能发挥极为重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclophilin A (CyPA) and hs-CRP in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation without heart valve disease. Methods Forty patients with non-valvular persistent AF who were admitted to Department of Cardiology, People’s Hospital of Biyang County from May 2012 to May 2015 were enrolled in this study. These patients were selected as the study group and were selected by the People’s Hospital of Biyang County in the same period 40 cases of sinus rhythm non-valvular disease patients as a control group, the detection of serum CyPA by ELISA, latex immuno-turbidimetry hs-CRP were detected by Vivid E-9 color Doppler ultrasound on the left atrium Before and after the diameter (LAD) measurements, and then two groups of patients with CyPA, hs-CRP, LAD and their correlation statistical analysis. Results The levels of CyPA and hs-CRP in the study group were (6.9 ± 1.96) ng / m and (14.2 ± 2.97) mg / L, both significantly higher than those in the control group [(2.1 ± 0.90) ng / m and / L] (P <0.05). The LAD [(37.8 ± 4.17) mm] was significantly longer than that of the control group [(33.5 ± 2.76) mm] (P <0.05), while the level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with LAD (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum CyPA and hs-CRP are highly expressed in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation of non-valvular heart disease. The synergistic effect of the two in the molecular mechanism of the maintenance and development of atrial fibrillation may play an extremely important role.
