本刊讯2014年9月19日,检察机关在介入沪昆高速湖南邵阳段“7·19”特大道路交通危化品燃烧事故调查中,依法以涉嫌玩忽职守犯罪对11名国家机关工作人员立案侦查,并采取强制措施。2014年7月19日,沪昆高速湖南邵阳段1309km处隆回往洞口方向,一辆违法装载乙醇的厢式小货车与一辆大客车发生追尾后燃烧,造成43人死亡、多人受伤。事故发生后,最高检直接介入调查,成立了由最高检和湖南省、福建省三级检察机关干警组成的检察调查专案组,
