近年日人田村、小林、石馆氏等在共同合作研究下,自紫花洋地黄(Digitalis p■purea)及毛花洋地黄(D.lanata)叶中,又提得一新的有效成份——强心苷;此成分有强心苷的一般分子结构,但第三位上系-CH_3CO·O-,第十六位连以-O·C_6H_9O_5,命名为洋地黄新苷,(Dig corin),分子式为C_(34)H_(44)O_(11),加水分解生成洋地黄新苷甘元(Digicorigenin)及一分子之糖C_6H_(10)O_6.反应式如下:
In recent years, Japan’s Tamura, Kobayashi, and Shishi’s, in their joint research, have obtained a new active ingredient from the digitalis p purea and D. lanata leaves. Cardiac glycosides; this component has the general molecular structure of cardiac glycosides, but the third position is -CH3COO-, and the 16th position is connected with -O.C_6H_9O_5, and is named digoxin, (Dig corin). The molecular formula is C_(34)H_(44)O_(11), and it is hydrolyzed to generate Diginicogenin and one molecule of sugar C_6H_(10)O_6. The reaction formula is as follows:
