目的:探讨深度烧伤患者早期植皮临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年10月—2009年10月收治的14例患者的临床资料,14例患者中20只手深度烧伤,对其行早期切痂植皮术。结果:所有患者均成功手术,20只手全部治愈,功能优良率达95.0%,未发生感染及手指坏死并发症。结论:对深度烧伤患者采用早期切痂植皮术进行治疗,住院时间短,并发症少,疗效可靠。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of early skin grafting in patients with deep burn. Methods: The clinical data of 14 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2005 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Twenty patients with severe burns were included in 14 patients who underwent early escharectomy and skin grafting. Results: All the patients were successfully surgically treated and all 20 patients were cured. The rate of excellent and good function was 95.0%. No infection or complications of finger necrosis occurred. Conclusion: The treatment of advanced burn excision skin grafting in patients with deep burn has shorter hospital stay, fewer complications and reliable curative effect.
