在调节免疫应答有关的T抑制细胞(Ts)中,Ts细胞能抑制免疫活性细胞过强的反应从而调节免疫应答,使呈现适当强度的反应。如果Ts细胞系的机能失调,过强的反应就会导致自身免疫性疾病以及变态反应性疾病;相反如果Is细胞的机能亢进就会形成免疫功能缺陷。已知以刀豆素A(ConA)及植物血凝素(PHA)等有丝分裂原或同种抗原刺激淋巴细胞就能诱导产生抑制细胞。再者,要使Ts细胞活化还需T—T细胞间
In regulating T-suppressor cells (Ts) involved in immune responses, Ts cells suppress excessive responses of immune-competent cells to modulate the immune response, resulting in an appropriately-intense response. If the Ts cell line dysfunction, excessive response can lead to autoimmune diseases and allergic diseases; the contrary, if the Is cell function hyperactivity will form a defect in immune function. It is known that the production of suppressive cells can be induced by stimulating lymphocytes with concanavalin such as concanavalin A (ConA) and phytohemagglutinin (PHA) or the same antigen. Furthermore, T-T cells are required for activation of Ts cells
