改革是文化快速发展繁荣的必由之路。文化改革由文化发展中的问题倒逼产生,在解决问题中又不断推进改革。上海文化要得到大发展大繁荣,就离不开深化改革的牵引。用深化改革来牵引上海文化发展主要体现在四个方面:以改革创新思维来规划文化,以改革创新视野来推进文化融合,以改革创新方式来改善民生,以改革创新手段来提升文化管理。
Reform is the only way for cultural rapid development and prosperity. Culture reform is forced to be produced by problems in cultural development, while reform is continuously promoted in solving problems. If Shanghai Culture needs to achieve great development and prosperity, it can not do without the traction of deepening the reform. To deepen the reform to traction the development of Shanghai culture is mainly reflected in four aspects: to reform the thinking of culture to plan culture, reform and innovation to promote cultural integration, to reform and innovation to improve people’s livelihood, reform and innovation to improve cultural management.
