每个幼儿园都有其独特的地理、人文环境。与众多新开园一样,我园新教师多,她们年轻、有朝气,专业素养高,但教育教学经验不足,基本功能力较弱,而年长的教师虽然有着一定的教学经验,班级管理水平也较强,因此根据我园实际情况,实事求是地确定教师发展形式,使全体教师尽快融合,是我园师资队伍建设的关键,幼儿园应努力做到尊重教师的个体差异,理解教师的发展取向,支持教师的发展道路。
Each kindergarten has its own unique geographical and cultural environment. As with many newly opened parks, there are many new teachers in our park. They are young, energetic and have high professional accomplishments. However, they lack experience in basic education and teaching, and their basic skills are weaker. However, older teachers have some teaching experience and class management Therefore, according to the actual situation in our garden, to ascertain the form of teacher’s development in a realistic way and make the integration of all teachers as soon as possible are the keys to the construction of teachers in our park. Kindergartens should make every effort to respect the individual differences of teachers, understand teachers’ development orientation and support Teacher’s development path.
