目的探讨聚焦超声联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效。方法将80例CA患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用聚焦超声清除皮损,对照组40例采用CO2激光清除皮损,两组患者均联合肌肉注射重组人干扰素α1b注射液30μg/次,隔日1次,连续4周。随访6个月,观察两组复发情况。结果治疗组治愈率为82.50%,复发率为17.50%;对照组治愈率为62.50%,复发率为37.50%,两组患者复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声联合干扰素治疗CA有较好的临床疗效,聚焦超声可作为临床治疗CA的方法之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods Eighty patients with CA were randomly divided into two groups. Forty cases in the treatment group were treated with focused ultrasound to remove the lesions, and 40 cases in the control group were treated with CO2 laser to remove the lesions. Both groups were given intramuscular injection of 30 μg / Times, every other day for 4 weeks. Followed up for 6 months, observed the recurrence of the two groups. Results The cure rate was 82.50% in the treatment group and the recurrence rate was 17.50%. The cure rate in the control group was 62.50% and the recurrence rate was 37.50%. There was significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Focused ultrasound combined with interferon in the treatment of CA has better clinical efficacy. Focused ultrasound can be used as one of the methods for clinical treatment of CA.
