Mexico’s manufacturing industry has undergone three stages of adjustment since 1982. The structural adjustment showed the characteristics of extroversion, industrialization of customers, integration with the United States economy and high concentration of production. It brought the export prosperity of manufactured goods and the rapid development of some industries, but also brought about some new structures Sexual issues have adversely affected economic and social development. This structural adjustment shows that the failure of the neoliberal policies to effectively promote the development of Mexico’s industrialization has actually made Mexico a link in the global strategy of multinational corporations. The breakdown of the production chain has seriously hindered the national economic and social development of Mexico.
