主机油泵是机车柴油机主要部件之一。在济南地区运用经常发生人字齿轮轴组断轴的故障。这一故障的发生,轻者是机破临修,重者是整台主机油泵报废。针对这一惯性故障,我们对断轴的原因进行了探讨,检修中也作了相应的改进。(一)人字齿轮轴组轴颈处断轴该处断轴的原因是: 1.轴承与轴颈配合存在间隙。图纸规定与2309、42607轴承配合的轴颈尺寸分别是φ45_(-0.01)、φ35_(-0.01)毫米。配合间隙均可允许0.01
