:2 1世纪的经济竞争 ,关键是人才的竞争。因此 ,人才管理将被深化与发展 ,并成为企业管理系统的核心。现代管理科学将向“人”的科学发展。重视每一个人 ,尊重每一个人的价值和贡献 ,才能充分发挥每一个人的积极性。所以 ,探讨人在企业管理系统的新特点 ,认识人的变化趋势 ,将是转变管理观念 ,加强人本管理 ,迎接时代挑战 ,形成竞争优势的基础。本文分析研究了面向2 1世纪 ,企业文化中“人性”假设的新定位 ;支持企业系统可持续发展的“灰领阶层”的形成 ;新型“人本管理”模式的基本构想三部分内容。
The key to economic competition in the 21st century is talent competition. Therefore, talent management will be deepened and developed and become the core of the enterprise management system. The modern management science will “human” scientific development. Pay attention to everyone, respect each person's value and contribution, can give full play to everyone's enthusiasm. Therefore, exploring the new characteristics of people in the enterprise management system and recognizing people's changing trends will be the basis for changing management concepts, strengthening people-based management, meeting the challenges of the times and forming a competitive advantage. This paper analyzes and studies the new positioning of the “human nature” hypothesis in the enterprise culture in the 21st century, the formation of “the gray collar class” in support of the sustainable development of the enterprise system, and the basic conception of the new “humanistic management” model.
