第一天,加拿大温哥华——美国华盛顿州长滩(568公里)早上6点半从加拿大温哥华出发,8点左右到达边境,半个小时后顺利过关,沿5号公路一直走,11点到达美国西雅图,取车,三人会合后,在附近购买了食品。继续沿5号公路到奥林匹亚,然后上8号公路往西开,再转12、107号公路然后上101公路向南。下午5点左右到达长滩,当晚住在州立公园的营地:Cape Disappointment长滩的沙滩风景如画。
