胆固醇是肾上腺皮质激素的前身物质,故正常肾上腺皮质能浓集放射性~(131)碘标记的19-碘化胆固醇,而增生的肾上腺皮质或腺瘤有更多的浓集,γ闪烁照相机可显示这种放射性浓集,从而获得肾上腺的照相图象。肾上腺显影新技术为有关的肾上腺疾病提供了新的诊断方法,特别对肾上腺皮质肿瘤的定位诊断有实用价值。本文报道1975年4月~1977年4月间99例的临床应用体会。
