8月7日,国家电网公司组织开展公司系统应急指挥中心“迎峰度夏”暨华东区域应急指挥中心“防汛抗台风”联合演练。本次演练是总部及30个网省公司应急指挥中心建成后,首次开展的大规模联合演练,也是迄今为止公司举行的最大规模的应急指挥联合演练。演练传递出一个信号,也传递给我们一个信心,公司应急体系更加完善。公司成立以来,电网曾面临一系列安全考验,但每一次都能成功应对。这与电网人的战斗力分不开,更与公司的应急机制建设分不开。几年来,公司不断探索应急机制建设,强化应急组织建设,健全应急制度体系,完善应急预案体系,加强应急演练和培训。这些努力与探索,换回的是完善的应急体系和企业在应急中不断成长的经历。时值迎峰度夏,比演习更具有考验性的是各地频发的气象灾害。现实的气象灾害充满多变性,更具应急特点。在台风、暴雨、高温等考验中,各级电网企业能否给出满意答卷?关键时刻能否让电力畅通无阻?这是最受人关注的,也是最好的衡量标准。已有的事实给出了答案。成果,我们有目共睹;结果,我们为之自豪。
