目的:在农村中医药服务需求与利用现状研究的基础上,进一步分析影响农村中医药服务利用的主要因素,从而提出促进中医药服务利用的对策措施;方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法对农村居民进行问卷调查,对调查的数据进行统计分析;结果:服用的方便性和对中医药的信任度对中医药服务的利用有显著影响;结论:农村居民缺乏健康知识导致中医药在慢性病治疗上的优势未能充分发挥;农村居民对中医药的信任度较低,抑制了其对中医药服务的需求和利用;中药自身的缺点阻碍了中医药服务的推广。应加大对中医药的宣传力度,提高中医药的医疗质量,加强中药剂型改革和提速研究。
OBJECTIVE: To further analyze the main factors that affect the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine in rural areas based on the research on the demand and utilization status of traditional Chinese medicine in rural areas, and to put forward countermeasures to promote the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine services. Methods: By using a multi-stage stratified random sampling method Questionnaire survey of rural residents and statistical analysis of the survey data; Results: The ease of taking and the trust of traditional Chinese medicine have a significant impact on the use of traditional Chinese medicine services; Conclusion: The lack of health knowledge of rural residents lead to traditional Chinese medicine in chronic diseases The superiority of the treatment has not been brought into full play; the rural residents’ trust in traditional Chinese medicine is low, which hinders the demand and utilization of traditional Chinese medicine; the shortcoming of traditional Chinese medicine hinders the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine. The publicity of Chinese medicine should be stepped up, the medical quality of traditional Chinese medicine should be enhanced, and the research on the reform and speed-up of Chinese medicine dosage forms should be strengthened.
