本文研究局部解充血剂——氯化羟间唑啉(oxymetazoline chloride)对正常和急性鼻炎早期鼻粘膜血流的作用。方法:测定18名健康者鼻腔用药前后的鼻粘膜血流;其中8名在其早期急性鼻炎(发病第1~2天)时在用药前后测定;又选择18名中的5名在用不同浓度(0.01~3mg/ml)药物后测定。全部实验者前鼻镜检正常,实验期间未用任何药物,15分钟后将浓度为0.5mg/ml的0.1ml药液(临床推荐剂量)滴于下鼻甲处,仰卧2分钟后测定用药后的鼻血流。早期急性鼻炎前鼻镜检见粘膜红肿,有粘液样或粘脓性分泌物。采用~(133)Xe(同位素氙)冲洗法,依据冲洗曲线最初5分钟出现的斜率计算血流值。另选3名健康者用0.1ml Nezeril安慰剂作为对照。全部数据经统计学处理。
This article investigates the effect of a topical decongestant, oxymetazoline chloride, on nasal mucosal blood flow in normal and acute rhinitis.
