废旧轮胎形成的“黑色污染”给我们的生存环境带来严重威胁,将其应用于沥青混合料中即可以解决环境问题又可以提高路面服务质量。本文结合吉林省营城子至松江河高速公路的实体工程,对橡胶粉改性沥青SMA混合料性能的路用性能等进行了室内试验研究。通过对橡胶粉掺量及生产工艺对改性沥青性能的影响研究,确定了适用于本工程的最佳橡胶粉掺量及生产工艺;通过对比基质沥青SMA-16沥青混合料与橡胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能的对比研究发现,橡胶粉改性沥青混合料无论是在高低温性能还在是水稳定性方面均较基质沥青混合料有显著的提高。
The “black pollution” formed by discarded tires poses a serious threat to our living environment. When applied to asphalt mixture, it can solve environmental problems and improve the service quality of pavement. In this paper, the physical engineering of Yingchengzi to Songjianghe Expressway in Jilin Province was carried out to study the road performance of rubber powder modified asphalt SMA mixture. Through the research on the influence of rubber powder dosage and production technology on the properties of modified asphalt, the best dosage and production process of rubber powder suitable for this project were determined. By comparing the modified asphalt with SMA-16 asphalt mixture and rubber powder Comparing the road performance of asphalt mixture, we found that the rubber powder modified asphalt mixture has a significant improvement over the matrix asphalt mixture both in high and low temperature performance and in water stability.
