商业模式创新是企业进行价值创造、价值传递和价值获得的企业内外部活动集成,对提升企业绩效具有较大的正向提升作用。基于顾客价值视角,系统分析了零售企业商业模式创新的关键影响因素,结合我国零售企业经营管理的实际,认为产品定位模糊,顾客细分不精准,缺乏基于顾客体验的商业模式,缺乏供应链协同性,以及由此引发的附加值不高、同质化竞争和创新限制效应等,是抑制我国零售业创新能力提升的重要瓶颈。
Business model innovation is the integration of internal and external activities of enterprises in value creation, value transmission and value acquisition, which has a positive and positive effect on enhancing enterprise performance. Based on the perspective of customer value, this paper systematically analyzes the key influencing factors of retail business model innovation. According to the actual operation and management of retail business in China, we think that product positioning is fuzzy, customer segmentation is not accurate, lack of business model based on customer experience and lack of supply chain coordination It is also an important bottleneck that inhibits the innovation ability of China’s retail industry from increasing, resulting in low added value, homogeneous competition and innovation restriction effects.
