目的和方法:实验采用亲和免疫组化SABC法对雌性大鼠动情间期P物质的正常分布进行了观察.结果:P物质免疫反应阳性纤维在子宫角与阴道分布最为丰富,宫颈和宫体分布中等,卵巢内免疫阳性神经纤维较少,且免疫阳性神经纤维在子宫角有从卵巢端向阴道端递减的趋势,在各管状生殖道,免疫阳性神经纤维以内膜和外膜分布较多.结论:分析研究雌性大鼠生殖器官内P物质免疫反应阳性神经纤维的分布,提示P物质可能与卵泡发育、性激素的产生、血管及非血管平滑肌的运动调节有关.
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The normal distribution of substance P in the estrus of female rats was observed by affinity immunohistochemical SABC method.Results: The substance P immunoreactive fibers were most abundant in the uterine horns and vagina, while the cervix and the uterus Distribution of moderate, less positive immunoreactive nerve fibers in the ovary, and immunoreactive nerve fibers in the uterine horn declining from the ovarian end to the vaginal end trend in the tubular reproductive tract, immune-positive nerve fibers to the intima and adventitia distribution more. Conclusion: The distribution of substance P immunoreactive nerve fibers in reproductive organs of female rats is analyzed, suggesting that substance P may be related to follicular development, production of sex hormones, and the regulation of blood vessels and non-vascular smooth muscle movement.
