目的:评价联合支抗橡皮圈法关闭前牙少量间隙的初步临床应用效果。方法:选择前牙少量间隙的正畸病例7例,运用树脂在间隙两侧的尖牙和磨牙颊侧粘接麻花状弓丝,两侧尖牙上粘接牵引钩,并在牵引钩上放置橡皮筋关闭前牙少量间隙。结果:所有病例均在短时间关闭前牙间隙成功,牙槽骨高度矫治前后无变化,牙根未见吸收,平均矫治时间15 d,效果满意。结论:联合支抗橡皮圈法关闭前牙少量间隙,患者戴用舒适、美观,矫治简便、疗程短,效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the preliminary clinical effect of the joint support rubber band method to close a small gap of anterior teeth. Methods: Seven cases of orthodontics with a small gap of anterior teeth were selected. The resinous brachial arch wire was used to bond the canines on both sides of the gap and the buccal surface of the molars. The traction hooks were bonded on the canines on both sides and placed on the traction hooks Rubber band close a small amount of space before the tooth. Results: All the cases were successful in closing the anterior teeth gap in a short time. There was no change in alveolar bone height before and after orthodontic treatment, and there was no absorption in root. The average correction time was 15 days, the effect was satisfactory. CONCLUSION: The joint support rubber band method closes a small gap of the anterior teeth. The patients wear comfortable and beautiful, the treatment is simple, the course of treatment is short, and the effect is good.
