[目的]为利用水稻内生细菌与农药复配对水稻纹枯病的防治提供理论指导。[方法]采用抑菌率法测定水稻内生巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)B196菌株与井岗霉素混配对水稻纹枯病菌的毒力,并测定其对水稻纹枯病的防治作用。[结果]B196菌株与5%井岗霉素水剂质量比为1∶68.47的混剂具有增效作用,共毒系数(CTC)为209,其1000倍液对水稻纹枯病田间防效为75.57%,比单用B196菌株的防效高17.68%。[结论]内生巨大芽孢杆菌菌株B196与井岗霉素混配对水稻纹枯病的防治效果较好。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and control of rice sheath blight by using rice endophytic bacteria and pesticide compound. [Method] The virulence of rice endophytic Bacillus megaterium strain B196 mixed with Jinggangmycin on Rhizoctonia solani was determined by antibacterial activity assay and its control effect on sheath blight of rice was tested. [Result] The B196 strain had a synergistic effect with the mixture of 5% Jinggangmycin at a mass ratio of 1:68.47. The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was 209. The control efficacy of 1000-fold liquid against Rhizoctonia cerealis was 75.57%, 17.68% higher than that of B196 alone. [Conclusion] The combination of endophytic Bacillus megaterium strain B196 with Jinggangmycin had a better control effect on sheath blight of rice.
