在班级管理工作中,总爱逃避劳动的学生曾经让我十分头痛。为了让这些学生积极打扫卫生,我也曾经领着他们干,逼着他们干,与他们大谈劳动的高尚性,责任的重要性……但是效果都不是很理想。反思自己的工作方法,我发现这些方式让我们有意或无意地将学生放在了自己的对立面,容易让学生产生抵触情绪,与老师对着干。基于以上思考,我总结出了“让”的方式——通过换位体验来管理学生,收到了比较满意的效果。具体来说,我们可以尝试走好以下三步棋。
In class management, students who always love to escape from work once made me headache. In order for these students to actively clean their hygiene, I have led them to do, forcing them to work hard, to talk with them about the noble nature of work and the importance of responsibility ... but the results are not very satisfactory. Reflecting on my own working methods, I find that these ways make it possible for us to put students on our own sideways, intentionally or unintentionally, so that students will react easily and react to their teachers. Based on the above thinking, I summed up the “let ” way - through the transposition experience to manage students, received more satisfactory results.
