目的 :通过仰卧位与俯卧位薄层深呼吸CT扫描 ,观察肺叶内血流变化对肺叶通气会产生何种影响。方法 :对22名健康志愿者 ,取中或中下肺门层面扫描。测量仰、俯卧位呼、吸气各肺叶膨胀伸缩性及肺密度值。部分人还测量了肺叶面积。结果 :正常组肺叶呼气较吸气密度增加值是从下垂部到非下垂部逐级减少。正常组大多数下垂肺叶前后膨胀伸缩性大于非下垂肺叶(P<0.005)。肺叶膨胀伸缩性与肺叶面积变化基本一致。结论 :肺叶内血流变化可影响肺叶顺应性 ,进而又影响到肺叶通气性
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of changes of blood flow in lung lobes on ventilation of lung lobes by using deep-breath CT scanning in supine position and prone position. Methods: Twenty-two healthy volunteers were screened by middle or lower hilar level. Measure Yang, prone position call, inhalation of the expansion and contraction of the lungs and lung density values. Some people also measured the lung area. Results: In normal group, the value of lung inspiratory breath more than that of non-sagging part decreased step by step. In the normal group, the dilatation and retractility of most sagging lobes was larger than that of non-sagging lobes (P <0.005). The expansion and contraction of lung lobes and lung leaf area changes are basically the same. Conclusion: The change of blood flow in the lung lobe can affect the compliance of the lobe, which in turn affects the ventilation of the lobe
