本文讨论了1984年我们研制成的一种X波段高稳定本振源。它应用于脉冲体制的MTI和MTD雷达。该稳定本振源山一个微波锁相环路(PLL)和一种新型自动频率控制电路(AFC)组成。文中分析了影响微波输出信号频谱纯变和相位哚声的主要因素。讨论了一种由低通滤波器过渡带构成的频率-电压单值对应的鉴频器及数模混合型自频控电路。它使本振源兼容锁相稳频和跟踪发射机频率的功能。最后给出了主要性能及实验结果。
This article discusses a highly stable X-band local oscillator we developed in 1984. It applies to impulsive MTI and MTD radars. The stabilized LO source consists of a microwave phase locked loop (PLL) and a new type of automatic frequency control circuit (AFC). In this paper, the main factors influencing the spectrum pure frequency and phase dO of microwave output signal are analyzed. A kind of frequency discriminator which is composed of the transition band of low pass filter and corresponding to the single value of frequency - voltage is discussed. It enables the LO oscillator to be compatible with PLL frequency stabilization and tracking transmitter frequency functions. Finally, the main performance and experimental results are given.
