恩诺沙星(enrofloxacin,EF)为第3代人工合成喹诺酮类广谱抗菌药物,可广泛应用于各种动物感染性疾病的预防和治疗。目前国内外学者对恩诺沙星药物代谢动力学研究较多,但是对恩诺沙星代谢途径及代谢产物的研究缺乏系统的总结。本文系统地梳理了恩诺沙星在真菌作用下、在陆生动物(畜牧类、家禽类和其他类动物)和水生动物体内代谢产物的种类及含量情况,旨在为科学、合理地使用恩诺沙星提供指导,为修订恩诺沙星在鱼体内最大残留限量提供理论依据。
Enrofloxacin (EF) is the 3rd generation synthetic quinolone broad-spectrum antibacterial drug, which can be widely used in the prevention and treatment of various animal infectious diseases. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have studied Enrofloxacin pharmacokinetics more, but there is no systematic summary about the metabolism pathway and metabolites of enrofloxacin. This article systematically combs the species and contents of enrofloxacin metabolites in terrestrial animals (livestock, poultry and other animals) and aquatic animals under the action of fungi, and aims to scientifically and reasonably use Norfloxacin provides guidance to provide a theoretical basis for the revision of enrofloxacin in fish.
