运输管理 ▲ 交通部近日发布的《道路运输业发展规划纲要（2001～2010年）》中指出,我国道路运输业将大力发展现代物流,加快货运企业生产经营方式的转变。《纲要》要求各级交通主管部门要按照交通部等六部委制定的《关于加快现代物流发展的若干意见》和交通部《关于促进运输企业发展综合物流服务的若干意见》,加强对现代物流发展的指导,引导道路运输企业发挥自身优势,扩展仓储、配送等运输功能和服务范围,建立和完善快捷准时、经济合理、用户满意的社会化、专业化、现代化的物流体系,要推进道路运输企业与生产制造企业、商业营销企业及铁路、水运、航运等运输方式的协调与合作,促进大型道路运输企业由承运人向第三方物流服务企业转型。通过引导运输企业向物流企业的转化,实现货运企业生产经营方式的彻底转变,向规模化、专业化、网络化发展。
