处方氟哌酸2g,甲硝唑2g,地塞米松10mg,盐酸达克罗宁0.5g,丙二醇30ml,羧甲基纤维素钠8g,甘露醇5g,蒸馏水150ml。制法①将甘露醇5g溶解于150ml蒸馏水中,加入羧甲基纤维素钠8g,浸泡使其充分膨胀.②称取氟哌酸2g,甲硝唑2g,地塞米松10mg,盐酸达克罗宁0.5g置研钵中研细过筛,加入丙二醇30ml充分研磨。然后倾入①胶浆中,搅拌均匀,放置2h除去气泡,倾倒于涂有液体石腊的平板玻璃上(20×40cm~2)用玻棒将胶液铺平,置60℃干燥箱中干燥,脱膜切成2×2cm~2小块药膜备用.
