我军现实财务管理机制不适应现代后勤建设的要求,财务管理法规显得陈旧,不利于有效规范和约束各种经济行为;财务管理体制格局失衡,不利于军队战斗力和保障力的有效生成;财务管理方法效率偏低,不利于军事资源的有效配置和充分利用;财务管理手段相当落后,不适应未来信息化战争的需要。建设现代后勤财务需要创新财务管理机制,包括管理法规、管理体制、管理方法和管理手段等。
The actual financial management mechanism of our army does not meet the requirements of modern logistics construction.
