经济显著性发展推动了城市综合化发展进程,亦为人们的高品质生活带来了巨大福祉。随着城市人口基数的扩大,城市建筑形式逐渐趋于高层化,以便为人们提供更加充足的居住空间。为了满足高品质的居住条件,人们不仅将关注重点集中在室内环境以及整体美观上,如今也更侧重于建筑工程质量以及使用周期。尤其是建筑的抗震性能,必须达到严格标准,才能保障人们住房安全得到保障。基于此,本文就高层建筑的钢筋混凝土结构进行重点分析,结合设计要点提高城市高层建筑整体质量。
The remarkable economic development has promoted the process of urban integrated development and brought tremendous benefits to people’s high quality of life. With the expansion of urban population base, the forms of urban construction are gradually becoming more and more advanced in order to provide people with a more adequate living space. In order to meet the high quality of living conditions, people not only focus on the indoor environment and the overall aesthetic, but also now focus more on the construction quality and the life cycle. In particular, seismic performance of buildings must meet strict standards to ensure that people’s housing security is guaranteed. Based on this, this article focuses on the analysis of reinforced concrete structures in high-rise buildings, and combines the design points to improve the overall quality of urban high-rise buildings.
