国际大电网会议在1978年9月4日的会议上选举了新的理事会。新的理事会推选鲁道夫·古克担任下届主席。 鲁道夫·古克,西德人,1923年生,毕业于卡尔斯芦埃工业大学,1955年获得电工博士学位。他在瑞士工业制造部门工作十年之后,加入巴登电业部门,很快提升为技术经理、理事会成员。从1972年起,担任理事会主席。他还在Kaiserslautern大学务教。
The International Large Grid Conference elected the new council at its meeting on September 4, 1978. The new council elected Rudolph Guk as the next chairman. Rudolf Gück, a German citizen born in 1923, graduated from Karlsruhe University of Technology and received a Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 1955. After working for ten years in the industrial manufacturing sector in Switzerland, he joined the Baden-Electronics department and soon became a technical manager and board member. Since 1972, served as chairman of the board of directors. He also teaches at the University of Kaiserslautern.
