目的 :观察儿童非癫性发作事件 2 4h动态脑电图 (AEEG)的特点及其诊断意义。方法 :对AEEG监测到的 12 1例儿童非癫性发作事件临床发作期EEG进行分析 ,并以常规脑电图 (REEG)进行对照。结果 :REEG非特异性异常 13例 (10 .7% ) ,AEEG非特异性异常 30例 (2 4 .8% ) ,样放电 3例(2 .5 % ) ,总异常率 2 7 2 %。非特异性异常检出率以偏头痛最高 (34.8% ) ,其次为晕厥 (2 3.5 % )及睡眠障碍 (2 2 .2 % )。结论 :儿童非癫性发作事件AEEG多为正常或非特异性异常 ,这有助于儿童非癫性发作事件的诊断和鉴别诊断
Objective: To observe the characteristics and diagnostic significance of dynamic electroencephalogram (AEEG) at 24 hours in children with non-epileptic seizures. Methods: The EEG of 12 cases of non-epileptic seizures in children undergoing AEEG monitoring during clinical attack were analyzed and compared with conventional electroencephalography (REEG). Results: There were 13 cases (10.7%) of REEG nonspecific abnormalities, 30 cases (24.8%) nonspecific abnormalities of AEEG, and 3 cases (2.5%) of abnormal discharges. The total abnormal rate was 27.2%. The detection rate of nonspecific abnormalities was the highest in migraine (34.8%), followed by syncope (23.5%) and sleep disturbance (22.2%). Conclusion: The non-epileptic seizures in children AEEG are mostly normal or nonspecific abnormalities, which is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of non-epileptic seizures in children
