发生于口腔颌面部的结核病变以颈部淋巴结结核最为多见,而腮腺内淋巴结结核则少见。文献上多以腮腺结核报道,其中包括腮腺内淋巴结核和腮腺实质结核两类。由于腮腺内淋巴结结核临床上少见,诊断较困难,常误诊为肿瘤,因此现将我院14例腮腺内淋巴结结核(并经病理证实)作一分析,并对诊断与治疗进行讨论。 Occurrence of tuberculosis in the oral and maxillofacial regions is most common with lymph node tuberculosis in the neck, while lymph node tuberculosis in the parotid gland is rare. There are many reports of salivary gland tuberculosis in the literature, including two types of salivary gland lymphatic tuberculosis and parotid gland tuberculosis. Since the diagnosis of lymph node tuberculosis in the parotid gland is rare in clinical practice, it is difficult to diagnose and is often misdiagnosed as a tumor. Therefore, 14 cases of tuberculosis of the parotid gland in our hospital have been analyzed (and confirmed by pathology), and diagnosis and treatment have been discussed.
