公文,作为党政机关、社会团体、企事业单位等进行公务活动的重要工具,在信息传达、政治运作,甚至“经国之大业”中据有不可忽视的地位与作用。1986年,苗枫林出版的《中国公文学》一书,首开中国公文学研究的先河,对当代公文学的学科源起起到了积极的推动作用。为总结前期中国公文学研究的成绩与经验,继续推动该学科的建设与发展,今年7月29日至31日,由中国公文写作研究会和我校发起,我校具体承办的“苗枫林公文学术思想暨《中国公文学》出版发行20周年研讨会”在我校举行。20多位专家学者莅会就公文理论研究与应用写作的诸多问题进行了交流与探讨。会议期间,苗枫林向我校图书馆赠送了其珍藏的公文学类图书。为了反映这次会议的信息与成果,我们特编发以下稿件。
Official documents, as an important tool for party and government organs, social organizations, enterprises and public institutions to carry out official activities, can not be ignored in information transmission, political operation and even “great cause of national economy”. In 1986, Miao Fenglin published the book “Chinese Official Literature”, the first of its kind in the field of public documentary study in China, which played a positive role in promoting the origin of contemporary official literature. In order to summarize the achievements and experiences of the early Chinese literature study and continue to promote the construction and development of this discipline, from July 29 to 31 this year, the research conference of Chinese Official Writing Writing and our school initiated “My Miao Feng Lin Gongwen academic thought and ”Chinese official literature" published the 20th anniversary seminar held in our school. More than 20 experts and scholars attended the meeting to exchange and discuss many problems concerning the research and application of official document theory. During the meeting, Miao Fenglin donated his treasured public document books to our school library. In order to reflect the information and achievements of this meeting, we specially prepared the following manuscripts.
