藤茶是近年来研究较多的药食两用植物资源之一,湖南省、福建省、广西壮族自治区等地方中药材标准均有收载。藤茶的主要功效成分为二氢杨梅素,其含量受到很多因素的影响。该文对文献资料进行归纳总结,从产地、栽培、采收期、采收部位、加工、提取方法等方面阐述多种因素与二氢杨梅素含量变异的关系,以期为二氢杨梅素的进一步开发利用提供依据。
Cane tea is one of the most widely used medicinal and edible plant resources in recent years.
