随着免疫学的发展和核医学方法的改进,放射性标记抗体在肿瘤诊断、治疗中的应用越来越广泛,也越来越被人们所关注。特别是近10年来,杂交瘤技术的发明,单克隆抗体的生产,使放射免疫显像和放射免疫治疗成为生物医学工程研究的一个组成部分,导致了放射性药物领域的一场革命,为特异性放射性药物在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的应用提供了新的希望。
With the development of immunology and improvement of nuclear medicine methods, radiolabeled antibodies have become more and more widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. Especially in the past 10 years, the invention of hybridoma technology and the production of monoclonal antibodies have made radioimmunoimaging and radioimmunotherapy an integral part of biomedical engineering research, leading to a revolution in the field of radiopharmaceuticals. The application of radiopharmaceuticals in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors offers new hope.
