近些年,我国公立医院广泛采用编外人员合同制,有效解决了现有管理体制下由于编制限制带来的人员紧缺问题,但人员的增补和人力配置需要建立合理的依据,并且与医院的发展阶段相适应。本文通过对公立医院的人力配置是否需要进行精细化管理进行讨论,并且结合我院目前正在进行的岗位设置工作,对公立医院的定岗定编方法提出探索性建议,以期有助于公立医院的人力配置和优化调整工作,提高社会资源使用效率,顺应国家医改的趋势。
In recent years, the extensive use of non-staff contract system in public hospitals in our country has effectively solved the problem of shortage of staff due to the limitation of establishment in the existing management system. However, personnel supplement and manpower allocation need to establish a reasonable basis and be in line with the development of the hospital Phase adaptation. This article discusses whether the human resources in public hospitals need meticulous management or not, and puts forward some suggestions on the methods of setting up and guarding public hospitals in the light of the current job setting in our hospital, in order to contribute to the public hospital’s manpower allocation And optimize the adjustment work to improve the efficiency of social resources, comply with the trend of national medical reform.
