32例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑质（HIE）急性期血清T3值明显低于对照组，T4值低，但无显著差异；窒息程度越重，T3、T4值越低；TSH与对照组比较无差异。恢复期T3、又恢复正常。说明其变化符合正常甲状腺病态综合征。
The serum T3 value of 32 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic brain injury (HIE) in acute phase was significantly lower than that of control group, while the T4 value was low but no significant difference was found. The higher the degree of asphyxia, the lower the T3 and T4 values. No difference compared. Recovery period T3, returned to normal. Indicating that the change in line with normal thyroid sick syndrome.
