总结“六五”期间的科技工作,讨论“七五”期间的科技规划,杭州制氧机厂于1986年11月13日至14日召开了厂第四届科技工作会议。会上,厂总工程师俞兴华同志作了杭氧厂“六五”科技总结与“七五”科技规划的工作报告,厂长金垒允同志作了科技人员在厂内的重要地位与所担负的责任,以及面临挑战的讲话;厂党委书记李来林同志作了继往开来,再攀高峰、科技人员要自尊、自爱、自信、自强的讲话。全体与会的工程技术人贝讨论了会议提交的七个规划草案。
Summing up the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” period of scientific and technological work and discussing the “Seventh Five-Year” period of science and technology planning, the Hangzhou Oxygen Making Machine Factory held the fourth scientific and technological work conference from November 13 to 14, 1986. At the meeting, Comrade Yu Xinghua, chief engineer of the plant, made a work report on the “Sixth Five-Year Plan” technology summary and the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” for the science and technology plan of the Hangao Plant. Comrade Jin Laiyun, the director of the plant, made an important position and responsibility for the scientific and technical personnel in the factory. Responsibility, and speeches facing challenges; Comrade Li Lailin, party secretary of the plant, made a succession of the past and raised the heights again, and the scientific and technical personnel should speak with self-esteem, self-love, self-confidence, and self-improvement. The engineering and technical person who participated in the meeting discussed the seven draft plans submitted by the meeting.
